Oh my goodness, he (or she, but it feels like that's gotta be a he!) couldn't wait 10 minutes??!! What a nasty combo...flouride and tobacco! Gross!!
Is this an example of a patient that "makes you want to HURT him during the cleaning?"
uh, yes, actually christina!! i won't go into detail, but i cleaned a lot more than just tobacco stains off of his teeth!!
