Sorry folks...I got nothin'...nothin' to blog about except Bobby! I have tried to give y'all something to read about other than my baby, but there is nothing exciting going on in my life besides him right now! I hope to have some different posts soon...until then, it is mainly a blog about how Bobby is growing and any new and exciting things he has done lately.
"Sitting up"
Looking very intently at a flower I gave him.(I just love those chubby hands!)
5 month accomplishments:
*Bobby can 'sit' if you prop him up just right. Sometimes he'll sit for 5 seconds or more, but mostly, he will tip over pretty fast.
*He loves peek-a-boo! He has started to laugh when I play that with him.
*He loves going for walks in his stroller to the park. If it is nice out, I'll take Bobby and Oliver for a walk.
*He still loves to laugh at Oliver!
*He started to suck his thumb, (This is super-cute, but I am not sure how I feel about it. He has gone this far without his thumb or pacifier, why start now?) but it is just random so far, so I am not sure if a habit will form.
*He is still trying really hard to roll from his back to his tummy, he can get his whole body over, except for his head and shoulder.
**UPDATE**
Bobby rolled over from his back to tummy!! He did it early this morning, he rolled to his back, played a bit, then rolled to his side, played some more, then rolled to his tummy. (I watched it all on the monitor.) Then, this morning while I was getting ready for work, I checked the monitor and he was on his back playing. I walked away, and when I checked him again he was on his tummy!

These two girls can't get enough of Bobby! They swarm him whenever they see him. They crashed the photo shoot. :)

You know - Ethan sucked his thumb intermittently around that age. I got nervous myself - and nothing ever came of it. We've been paci free since 6 months and I worried he would pick it up. I think it's just part of Bobby exploring the usefulness of his hands. I hope...:)

He's getting so big! What a cutie! Don't worry about the blogging thing... I think most of us mommies go through this. I mean, they *are* our world! ;)
