Today I had my first baby shower! I am going to have 2 more in September. This one was hosted by some of my best friends, Sarah, Kelly, Erin C., Karen, and Katie. They did a wonderful job! The theme was polka dots, to match the nursery. Sooo cute! Complete with a candy 'bar', yummy cake, and tons of polka dots! I got a lot of the necessities: the stroller, carseat, and some cloth diapers. I also got some fun surprises too: some clothes, a play mat, bath necessities, and one of my favorites, a homemade blanket for Bobby! I actually was going to go today to get the supplies to make a blanket, I sure am glad I waited! I like the one I got a whole lot better than the one I had in my head.

I heard it was a wonderful event! I'm sorry I couldn't be there - hope you enjoy the cloth diapers!
