My new friend

It is April and spring is here,
it is usually my favorite time of the year.
But this year it is not, for with every spring breeze,
comes along another dreaded sneeze!!

Flowers blooming, leaves on the trees,
beautiful weather, shorts and short sleeves!!
These are the things I love about spring,
but who knew this is what it would bring?

Sniffles, sneezes, watery eyes, a big red nose,
I'm attached to a box of kleenex, gotta keep that close!!

I love to garden, but what's a girl to do?
I can hardly write this poem, without going 'AhhhCHOOO' !!!

Being pregnant, there are a few things I can take,
but today I forgot, for goodness sake!!
All day long I have been saying never again ,
will I forget my new friend...Claritin.
