Rob has been saying for weeks that he needed a haircut. He hasn't had one in a long time, and his hair was getting pretty long. On Thursday night, we weren't doing anything, and he looked at me and said: 'You wanna cut my hair?' Really?!? I have never cut hair, except to try and fix his mangled hair when he tried to cut it himself once. But we decided to go through with it, with the agreement that he could go to a barber shop the next morning if it looked really bad.
I had no idea what I was doing!! I was just slicing and dicing away, a big chunk here, a small piece there....and pretty soon.....
ta da!!
Not so bad if I do say so myself!! Every once in awhile, I can see where one piece is longer than the other, so I still need to trim it up a bit, but he was happy with it!!

Way to go girl! I tried to cut Mike's hair when we were dating. We had some friends over and it kind of became a group project. Needless to say Mike has never asked me to cut his hair again :)
I have heard more and more of wives cutting their husbands hair. We know what looks best on them anyway, right?! I tried to shave Phil's for him and I couldn't even do that well. My hands were shaking the whole time!

Wes gets his hair cut every week, so believe me, I thought about attempting it myself. But when I went with him to the barber and saw all the shaving, fading, and cuting they did, I just decided it was worth the money. ;)
